Texas Taters: 2 Eggs, Ground Seasoned Breakfast Sausage, Green Peppers, Onions, Cilantro, Chipotle, Olive Oil, Mesquite Seasoning, Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, all in a baked dish, Salsa & Sour Cream on the side

KS Breakfast Wrap: 3 scrambled eggs, ground seasoned breakfast sausage, green peppers, onioins, aged cheddar cheese all in a grill flour tortilla. Salsa and sour cream on the side.

Ruthie's French Toast Platter: 3 pieces of our homemade bread, baked in house weekly, in our classic french toast dredge.

Trestle Stacker: 3 of Grandma's Classic Buttermilk Pancakes

Sweet Crunch Breakfast Sandwich: Bacon, 2 fried eggs, swiss cheese, between two pieces of BDB cranberry wild rice sourdough bread.

Flannel Cake Taco: bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, aged cheddar cheese held in a buttermilk pancake, drizzled with pure WI maple syrup.

Loaded Trail Toast: honey wheat toast topped with avocado, american cheese, sunny side up egg, lightly dressed with diced onion and tomato.

The Local: housemade hashbrowns with onions & peppers, and 2 fried eggs.

Dunnville Toad in the Hole: 2 pc honey brioche toased with egg in center.

Comapany Garden Omelette: 3 egg omelette with tomatoes, spinach, onion, peppers, & aged cheddar cheese.
